Corrections Policy

Accuracy matters more than preserving a first version. If a factual error is identified, Vistula Ledger should correct it promptly and make the change visible when it affects meaning.

How To Report An Error

Email editor@vistulaledger.pl with the article title, URL, the issue, and any source material that supports the correction.

Correction Types

• Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be corrected silently.
• Factual corrections should be noted in the article when they affect interpretation.
• Source updates should preserve the checked date where possible.
