Verify Park-e-Bike before the day you want to ride

The Park-e-Bike account does not become useful the moment the app is installed. ZTP explains that new users register in Freebike 3.0, but the account remains inactive until the verification process is complete.

What to know

The city gives several routes: passenger service points, the ZTP bike service at Przewóz 21 and a trusted-profile submission. That is flexible, but it is still a process. A spontaneous sunny afternoon is a poor time to discover that the account is not active yet.

For practical planning, install the app, submit verification, wait for the activation message and only then plan a specific trip. If the bike is needed for commuting, do a short test ride before trusting it for a morning deadline.
