Krakow’s free summer bike checks continue through September

Krakow’s free municipal bike-check programme is continuing across the summer. The city’s schedule includes selected public locations where mechanics check bicycle condition and advise what should be repaired or replaced.

What to know

The service covers practical checks such as brake and saddle adjustment, brake-pad and chain wear, tyre condition, tyre inflation and chain lubrication. The city stresses that this is an inspection rather than a full repair service, although small fixes may be possible when queues allow.

The remaining schedule includes dates in July, August and September, including Aleja Roz on 11 July, Bulwar Czerwienski on 10 August and several September stops. Riders should treat the city list as the live source because weather, queues and location details can change.
