Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs has added new business-management functions to mObywatel. Entrepreneurs using the Firma service can suspend or resume business activity, change earlier planned dates and cancel a planned suspension or resumption.

The workflow is designed around CEIDG. The user fills in a short digital request, signs it with a trusted profile and sends it from the app. After acceptance by the office, the updated business status appears in the Firma service.
The change is useful for small operators who handle administration themselves, but it still has eligibility limits. The ministry says the service is for adults with Polish citizenship, an added mDowod in the app and an active trusted profile.
